3D printing

Made-to-order production is the imperative of 3D printing — and that is exactly what we do.

We enable you to produce scale models, parts and functional prototypes using several different materials with different mechanical and physical properties, in a single 3D printing process. With this technology you get models that faithfully reproduce the look, feel and function of the final product.

We offer the possibility of combining several different types of materials, applicable in jewellery and footwear production, industrial design, architecture, and the automotive, aviation, dental and medical industries.

Once the prototype has been perfected, making moulds and tooling for mass production is risk-free. For small series and personalised products, 3D printing can be a better and more cost-effective solution.

    3D printing of small series

For small series and personalised products, 3D printing can be a better and more cost-effective solution than making moulds and tooling. We produce small series of spare parts and prototypes in resin (SLA) and nylon (SLS).

    3D printing of composite materials

We print high-quality parts and models from composite materials — nylon and ABS reinforced with glass (GF) or carbon (CF) fibres.

Quote

What we need for a quote

We prepare the quote based on the model and the part's purpose. The more information you send, the more accurate our proposal of technology and material.

  • A 3D model (STL, STEP/STP, OBJ or IPT) — or a drawing, sketch or photo if there is no model yet.
  • The part's purpose: visual model, functional prototype or end-use part.
  • Approximate dimensions and quantity.
  • Preferred material, or the conditions the part must withstand: load, temperature, bending, appearance.
  • Your deadline, if it matters for the project.

Frequently asked questions

Which 3D printing technology should I choose?

It depends on the part's purpose. FDM (filament) suits prototypes, enclosures and larger parts, SLA (resin) fine details and smooth surfaces, and SLS (nylon powder) complex functional parts and small series. If you are not sure, describe the part's purpose and we will suggest a technology.

Do you produce small series?

Yes. We produce small series in filament (FDM), resin (SLA) and nylon (SLS), depending on the part. You can see examples in Our work.

Can I order 3D printing without a 3D model?

Yes. We create a 3D model from a drawing, sketch or existing part — by 3D modelling or 3D scanning — and then make the part itself.

Which materials do you use?

Filaments — from PLA and PETG to nylon, polycarbonate and composites reinforced with carbon and glass fibres — as well as photopolymer resins and SLS powders. An overview with short descriptions is on the Materials page.

Do you ship finished parts?

Yes. We ship finished parts throughout Serbia.

What file format should I send?

Through the contact form you can attach a .stl, .stp, .step, .obj, .ipt, .pdf, .png, .jpg, .jpeg or .dwg file of up to 20 MB. If the file is larger, contact us by email or phone and we will agree on how to send it.
