SLA 3D printing in progress — a laser cures a layer of resin beneath a part with a support structure

Rapid prototyping and spare parts · Reverse engineering

From conceptto finishedproduct

Professional 3D printing, 3D scanning and 3D modelling — innovative solutions in additive manufacturing, from prototypes to functional parts and small series.

What is 3D printing?

A faster, easier and more efficient solution in production preparation — and in production itself. Models are built layer by layer, from materials with different mechanical and physical properties.

With a 3D model you can test market potential before investing, and print high-quality, complex and unique models and prototypes. The main advantage of this technology is flexibility — the ability to change the design before production begins.

More about 3D printing
  • 01

    3D printing of small series

For small series and personalised products, 3D printing can be a better and more cost-effective solution than making moulds and tooling. We produce small series of spare parts and prototypes in resin (SLA) and nylon (SLS).

    3D printing of composite materials

We print high-quality parts and models from composite materials — nylon and ABS reinforced with glass (GF) or carbon (CF) fibres.

Materials and technologies

The right material for the right purpose

From biodegradable PLA to engineering plastics, specialised resins and nylon — choose a group and a material.

Choose a technology

Thermoplastic materials in filament form — from standard and decorative to composites reinforced with carbon and glass fibres.

FDM

Standard

Materials for everyday production of prototypes, scale models and functional parts.

PLA
The most common 3D printing material: precise, easy to print and available in many colours. For scale models, prototypes and visual models.
PLA+
A reinforced variant of PLA — tougher and more impact-resistant, with the same ease of printing.
PLA Silk
PLA with a silky, glossy finish. For decorative objects and models where appearance comes first.
PLA Matte
PLA with a matte surface on which layers are less visible. For presentation models and scale models.
PETG
Strong and tough, resistant to moisture and many chemicals. A good choice for functional parts and enclosures.
ABS
Strong, resistant to impact and elevated temperature; easy to post-process. For technical and functional parts.
ASA
Similar to ABS, but resistant to UV radiation and weather. For parts used outdoors.
TPU
A flexible, rubber-like material, resistant to wear. For seals, dampers and bendable parts.
Nylon (PA)
Tough and wear-resistant, with low friction. For gears, sliding parts and mechanically loaded parts.
PC (polycarbonate)
Very strong, resistant to impact and elevated temperatures. For demanding engineering parts.
Glow in the dark
A filament that glows in the dark after exposure to light. For markings, decoration and promotional items.

FDM

FDM — filament printing

Models are built by successively depositing layers of melted filament. A wide choice of materials and large build volumes.

SLA

SLA — photopolymer resin

Liquid resin is cured layer by layer by a laser (SLA) or by light through an LCD screen (MSLA). For models with fine details and smooth surfaces.

SLS

SLS — nylon sintering

A laser sinters nylon powder into highly complex parts, without support structures.

How we work

Five steps from sketch to delivery

A vision and a few drawings are enough. We work out the rest together, step by step.

  1. Step 1: Idea and consultation

Everything starts with an idea. A vision and a few drawings are enough to develop the concept. We review your plan or sketch and listen to what you want to achieve.

  2. Step 2: 3D modelling or model analysis

We create a 3D model that faithfully represents and fully defines the idea — or we check and prepare the model you have supplied.

  3. Step 3: Choice of technology and material

Based on the part's purpose, we choose the printing technology and a material with suitable mechanical and physical properties.

  4. Step 4: Making the prototype or part

The prototype is tested in real conditions. Any flaws found and better solutions go back into the initial 3D model.

  5. Step 5: Final production and delivery

Once the solution is confirmed, we produce the final parts — as single pieces, in a small series or as a basis for moulds and tooling.

Why Infinity Print

Technology is a tool. We build the solution together

From idea to part in one place
3D modelling, 3D scanning and 3D printing under one roof — without passing the project between several contractors.
Three printing technologies
Filament, photopolymer resin and nylon powder. We choose the technology and material according to the part's purpose.
Changes before production
The main advantage of 3D printing is flexibility: the design is changed and verified on a prototype before investing in tooling and moulds.
Open and understandable
We use plain words, we are patient and we gladly share knowledge. When you need help, we are here.
